Romanian minimal, heard over time

Rominimal is a name used for the Romanian strand of minimal house and techno. It covers a range of approaches, from loose and warm to spare and abstract. Extended arrangements and small rhythmic changes often reward listening beyond the first few minutes.

SHAMANU leans into that patience. Intricate percussion, space and a sustained pulse matter more to the station’s direction than a succession of dramatic peaks. The stream offers one perspective on the sound, rather than a survey of the whole scene.

One evolving mix
